Imagine school registration without having to leave home to stand in line!
Mail-in registration is available for all Sycamore School District students for the 2010- 2011 school year. Registration packets were sent home for current Sycamore School District elementary students. Registration packets will be mailed to current students who will be in high school or middle school. Please fill them out and mail them back to school in the envelope provided.
Beginning July 1st, fees may be paid on-line through the district web store or with a check (payable to SYCAMORE CUSD 427) attached to the registration forms. Simplify your registration process by using your Visa or Mastercard. Visit the Web Store and click on the appropriate school, make your selections, enter the Student ID number, and proceed to checkout. Be sure to print a receipt for your records. Indicate the order number on the Student Registration Fee Form and return the form to the school.
** WALK-IN REGISTRATION **
For those that are unable to participate in mail-in registration a walk-in registration will be available on August 10 from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm at the Sycamore Field House located at the high school. Please bring your completed forms with you. Forms will also be available on-site.

Families of children in grades K-8 will be registering at the Sycamore Field House on Johnson Blvd next to the high school, unless, you mail in your registration in advance! If you register at the field house and do not bring your paperwork, it will be provided to be filled out on site. ONLINE— Free & Reduced Lunch Application Processing!
Beginning July 1st, 2010, you can log into www.freereducedlunch.com/syc427 to complete the Free & Reduced Lunch Application online. (Please submit the form to your school secretary) For those who qualify for the FREE category of the Free & Reduced Lunch program, click here to download the Fee Waiver form to turn into the District on Registration Day, 8/10/10. 2010 Lunches will be $2.25 per day and milk has increased to .55 cents per carton. Please Note: Sycamore High School is only enrolled in the Illinois FREE Lunch Program. Parents will need to complete the same form shown in link above.
The Eligibility Guidelines will not apply to the new school year before July 1, 2010. This date also applies to submitting a paper application which is no different than it has been in the past. If you have any questions, please contact your school secretary.
Welcome to the Sycamore School District. We are excited that your students will be joining us. In order to make registration an easier process for you, follow the procedures listed below for new students.
Please complete the Student Registration Form (.pdf) and return it to the Business Office at the Sycamore Schools Administration Building located at 245 W. Exchange St, Sycamore, IL.
You will then be required to attend the walk-in registration where you will need to provide legal custodianship of each student you are attempting to register and two documents demonstrating proof of residency (examples might include driver’s license, current utility bill, rental agreement, etc.). Other required forms will also be provided at this time.
Walk-in registration will take place on Tuesday, August 10th, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Families of children in grades K-8 will be registering at the Sycamore Field House on Johnson Blvd next to the high school and families of children in grades 9-12 will be registering at the Sycamore High School main gym.
Sycamore School District does provide the ability for fees to be paid online through the district web store or with a check (payable to SYCAMORE CUSD 427). For those who desire to pay online, completing your registration forms and returning them to the administration building will allow us to provide your student’s id which will be necessary when using the online process. Once you have received your student’s id, you may pay your fees using your Visa or Mastercard by visiting the Web Store. Once there, click on the appropriate school on the left, make your selections, enter the Student ID number, and proceed to checkout. Be sure to print a receipt for your records.
