For whole classes for first through
fifth grade:
Each class begins
the day with the letters BRAVO! If they
keep the whole word spelled out for all of music, then they earn 5 minutes of
game time at the end of class. The games that students choose to play at the
end of class are always music games that they have learned previously in music
class.
If I have to
remind the class of any of the classroom rules, then they lose one of the
letters. If I have to keep reminding the class of the expectations, then they
will continue losing letters. If at
least one letter is gone by the end of class, then they do not earn game time
that day.
If there are
individual students who had to sit out of activities on that day, then they
also lose game time at the end of class.
