The access and use of information continues to evolve in education. Our staff guide our students to use technology as responsible global citizens that practice safe, appropriate, and thoughtful behaviors online. As a district, we strive to fulfill the following goals:
- Ensure Sycamore students are prepared for their future as both consumers and creators of technology.
- Develop and maintain an environment where technology and innovation promote learning, accessibility, and equity.
- Provide ongoing training and support that leverages technology to create a learner-centered environment.
Student Data and Privacy
As part of your student's education, Sycamore Community School District 427 partners with education technology (“ed tech”) companies to provide services such as digital curriculum, educational resources, and analytical tools.
