Sycamore Community School District 427 utilizes SchoolMessenger for its Mass Notification System. This system integrates with the District’s Student Information System, Infinite Campus. It is important for families to update contact information with the District when something changes.
The following information is imported into our Mass Notification System.

- Cell Phone
- Other Phone
- Email Address
- Prefered Contact Language
- Cell Phone
- Student Email Address
If a phone number or email address is marked private, this information will not be imported into the Mass Notification System.

You can verify/modify this information by visiting the Infinite Campus Parent Portal
All phone numbers associated with a household will be called once.
Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Click on ‘Household Information’ to modify your phone or ‘Family Members’ to update the cell, work, or other phone numbers, as well as email addressed.
Please email Communications@syc427.org to receive your activation code to set up your Infinite Campus Parent Portal or Student Portal account. This email must be the email on file with the District.
Please call your student’s school office to update your phone number or email address.
At this time the District has not implemented text message alerts.
