What do you like to do in your free time?

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also love being outside.

What school memory from when you were a student still impacts you today?

My favorite memory from high school was going to the football games. In Morris football is a really big sport, going to the games and seeing everyone come together having fun and cheering for our team was defiantly one of my favorite memories.

Why did you choose to become a teacher?

I chose to become an agriculture teacher because I have a passion for spreading in knowledge of agriculture with others. My hope is to help others realize the importance of agriculture.

I have great memories of my favorite teacher,  Mrs. Berman from Kindergarten. She was strict (particularly about being quiet when you were supposed to be), but could be as sweet as a grandmother.

Why did you choose to become a teacher?

After having been a paraprofessional, I decided that I wanted to learn more and further my career. So, I went back to school.

A school memory/memories that still impact me today is getting to play varsity football and wrestle in front of all the fans and students when the stadium/gym was full.

Why did you choose to become a teacher?

I became a teacher and more specifically a special education teacher to make an impact on kids lives and know that I am making a students life either easier or more fun.

I have an interest in the process of learning and like to see students progress as individuals. I think English is a great medium to talk about important topics and learn about yourself and others through literature and writing.
