Facility Use
Sycamore Community School District 427 supports the use of school facilities by community organizations during non-school hours provided that the activity does not interfere with any school function, the safety of students or employees, or affect the property or liability of the school district.
District 427-sponsored activities and events take precedence over all other requests for use. The district requires a minimum of 10 days notice for all building rentals. Persons on school premises must abide by District 427’s conduct rules at all times.
Building Use and Scheduling System
Our district handles event and rental requests through our Incident IQ system. Please use the email address associated with your organization when submitting an event request through Incident IQ.
