Elementary Boundary Study

Aerial view of Southeast Elementary School

In 2022, Sycamore Community School District 427 began working to review potential adjustments to elementary boundaries with the goal of balancing enrollment across the district’s five elementary schools.

We recognize that while balancing enrollment across our elementary schools supports the efficient operation of our schools, any changes to the boundaries will have a real impact on students and families. As a resource of information related to this project, this page will be updated with timelines, communications, and other announcements as they occur.

The current district boundaries can be viewed by viewing our District Boundary Map

Community Survey

This survey is an initial opportunity to provide a voice in the process. All responses will be reviewed to make the most informed decision possible.
