Changing Your Password

If you are logged into the Infinite Campus portal and would like to change your password, you may do so by following these steps:

1. Click on the user icon in the top right.
2. Click "Settings" then "Account Settings."
3. Click "Update" next to your password.
4. Enter a secure password, then click "Update."
   • Strong passwords are enforced, meaning that passwords should have a mix of letters, numbers, and characters to make them more secure. The password strength indicator will show you how strong your password is — this must indicate 100% before you may proceed.

Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password to log into the Infinite Campus portal, you will need to reset your password by following these steps:

1. Visit syc427.org/portal and click "Campus Student" if you are a student or "Campus Parent" if you are a parent.
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your username, then click "Submit."
   • You will receive a password reset email to the address you provided as your security email address. If you are a student, this should be your school email address. 
4. In the email, click on the password reset link.
5. Enter a secure password, then click "Update."
