Steps

  1. Visit the Sycamore Community School District 427 web store at www.syc427.org/webstore
  2. Enter your web store email and password, then click "login"
    • If you do not currently have a web store account, click "create an account" and follow the instructions on the screen
  3. Click "student fees"
  4. Enter your Infinite Campus parent portal username and student birthdate in MM/DD/YYYY format
    • If you have more than one student in your family enrolled in the District, you will only need to enter one of your students' birthdates
  5. For each required fee, click "add to cart" next to the description, then click "add to cart" in the window that appears
    • Optional fees can be added to your cart using the same method, although as the name suggests, these fees are optional
  6. Once you have added all the necessary fees to your cart, click "checkout" and proceed through the checkout process

To help offset the cost of providing a quality education to our students, Sycamore Community School District 427 sets fees for registration, courses, and other optional opportunities.

These student fees can be paid by families online. And in this video, we will walk you through the steps.

To begin, visit the District’s web store at www.syc427.org/webstore.

If you do not currently have a web store account, you will need to click “create an account” and follow the instructions on the screen. Otherwise, type in your web store account email and password, then click “login.”

To pay student fees, click on the “student fees” link. In the fields that appear, enter your Infinite Campus parent portal username followed by your student’s birth date in month-month forward slash day-day forward slash year-year-year-year format.

If you have more than one student in your family enrolled in the District, you will only need to enter one of your students’ birthdates — all of your students’ fees will appear together.

For each of the required fees, click “add to cart” next to the description, then click “add to cart” in the window that appears.

Optional fees appear for things such as activities or parking passes. As the name suggests, these fees are optional and do not need to be paid.

Continue this process of adding fees to your cart until you have added all necessary fees. Then, click “checkout” and proceed through the checkout process.

Sycamore Community School District 427 will never deny education service or academic credit to students due to the inability of their families to afford their fees. Families in need may contact our business office to discuss payment options by emailing student-payments@syc427.org or by calling (815) 899-8100.
